Total Hours for Week 21:  7


This week was the first week of Fall II classes and of the SRM 670 Sports Mentorship course.  The students that are enrolled in Dr. Tiell’s course for this term had to provide her with the website address to our e-portfolio by the end of the week.  I took some pictures during the workouts this week in order to make a photo gallery on my mentorship website, but they looked little bit blurry once I uploaded them to the computer so I may have to take some more another day. 

This week was similar to the rest of the weeks during the season.  I typed and printed the workout for the week and helped Coach Ison with the conditioning workout on Monday.  The athletes seem to be more tired this week than normal; you could tell that having a game every week without any bye-weeks has affected them.  I helped the athletes in the weight room and you could tell that the fact that I was in there taking pictures of them motivated them to give a little more effort.  It gave them a boost of confidence and pride and I thought that was good for them since they were feeling the effect of being late in the season.  I cleaned the weight room at the end of the week.  I helped Coach Ison with the warm-ups and stretches on Saturday.  We played Ohio Dominion University this week and lost.
